Nvidia says the pre-integrated Vera Rubin systems can cut on-site deployment from about six months to as little as 14 days once power and cooling are ready; partners plan deliveries from early 2027.
Nvidia used its GTC Berlin keynote on Wednesday to introduce DSX POD, a reference design for complete Vera Rubin “AI factories” that partners assemble inside modular containers. Computing, networking, cabling, rack-level power and liquid cooling are installed and tested at the manufacturing plant rather than on site. Once a site has power, cooling and network connections in place, Nvidia says deployment time falls from about six months to as little as 14 days. Its listed partners include Dell Technologies, HPE, Lenovo, Bull, Foxconn (Ingrasys), Schneider Electric, Vertiv and Eaton, with worldwide delivery planned for early 2027.
