The Stockholm-founded startup’s Series E, led by Atreides Management, comes as it pushes further into North America.
Legora, which sells AI software to law firms and in-house legal teams, said on Wednesday it raised $550 million in a Series E round led by Atreides Management, at an $8.8 billion valuation, up from $5.6 billion at its previous round. The company says it will use the money to expand in North America and other international markets and to build out what it calls an agentic operating system for legal work.
